Yes. While our default is a managed multi-tenant edge, enterprise customers can deploy NexaVoxa nodes within their own VPC (AWS, GCP, or Azure). This ensures that audio processing and LLM inference remain within your organization's security perimeter.
The platform provides strict isolation between Sandbox and Production environments. Changes to agent prompts, knowledge bases, or logic are tested in a Sandbox node with separate API keys and telemetry before being promoted to a high-availability Production cluster.
Initial logic and integration mapping usually take 2-4 weeks. Full production rollout depends on telephony peering and internal compliance reviews, but most enterprises reach full scale within 60 to 90 days following a successful pilot phase.
